SN Estates

Sn Estates is a London-based estate agent working under Super Nova Real Estate. Sn Estates has established itself as a strong brand in residential property, commercial property deals and letting solutions, and other property management services across London and also managing overseas client’s sites.

Objective:

The primary objective of the SNESTATES project was to enhance the website's search visibility on Search Engine Result Pages(SERP). Also, a major challenge was to boost the website's trust flow to maximize the quality leads generation opportunities for the business provincially.

Challenges We Tackled:

  • To enhance search visibility, we compete with established search competitors.
  • Selection and targeting of keywords that are high in volume with appropriate user intent.
  • Producing high-quality content to enhance user retention to improve trust flow.
  • Structuring such a large portfolio-based website needed rigorous efforts.

Before:




At project delivery in Nov 2020, we set up semrush to accumulate past data of October 2020 and to measure our efforts. Our initial analysis found that the monthly organic traffic counts at 207 visitors/month. The user sessions were normal, which means the customer retention was okay but not great.

Organic keywords stood at 210, but the traffic of the website did not justify it and the sessions were not capturing massive results. Increasing its stats was challenging for us.

After:




The first month was all about clearing and setting up the land for snestates.com, and our efforts drive a little traffic to the websites. We started optimizing the content and the optimization of content with traffic-driven keywords started a gradual growth in organic traffic of Snestates.

When we crossed march 2021, we also refreshed the keywords and changed the content strategy. After we shifted to solving the user's queries and framing our content with informative intent, it slightly hit the customers' pain points. We experienced slow growth in traffic and search visibility.

After the project completion in Nov 2021, our efforts helped the business to get 64% times more traffic than what it was getting from project initiation. The session and user retention also improved significantly despite of fewer keywords base.

In second month, there was an improvement of about 9% in overall SEO health. Slowly we started the traffic from high-yielding lead generation keywords after continuous efforts for 3 months.

Comparing Data Year On Year Basis: 2020 - 2021

The below report states the organic traffic for SnEstates over the year had been growing by 52% from 2020.

On MoM basis, the traffic increased by 60% and traffic driven keywords base improved by 37%.

Referring domains increased by 20% YOY and 13% MOM basis, which means we acquired 20% more domains from previous years to quality backlink juice flow. We removed toxic backlinks that why there was a drop of 23% in backlinks at the end of the project.
